Homemade Burgers


2 lbs. ground round
4 egg yolks
1 small onion, minced
2 T ketchup
2 T spicy or dijon mustard
a few dashes of Worcestershire sauce
3/4 cup – 1 cup of Italian bread crumbs
1/2 t pepper
1 t salt

Place all ingredients in bowl and mix gently to incorporate your ingredients.

Form into patties. This recipe will make between 8 and 12 patties, depending on how big you make them.

Fry or grill to your liking.

Dress your burgers and enjoy!
