1 pound flank steak
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. freshly ground pepper
1 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
2 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
1 cup blue cheese dressing, divided (recommended: Kraft)
2 scallions, chopped
In a small bowl, combine salt, pepper, chili powder and garlic powder.
Place steak on a cutting board, and with your hands, spread balsamic vinegar all over the steak. Pat with spices on each side and marinade up to one day in the refrigerator.
Before grilling, slice into 1/4-inch thick slices. Thread tightly onto skewers. Grill over medium-high heat until cooked through, 4 to 5 minutes per side.
Serve with ½ cup blue cheese dressing and sprinkle with sliced scallions.
