1 loaf French bread
5 tbsp. butter, softened
1-1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a small bowl, mix the butter, garlic and parsley until well combined.
Make 1-inch thick slices into the bread cutting nearly to the bottom crust but not all the way through. Place a teaspoon or two of the garlic butter between each slice.
Wrap the entire loaf of bread in aluminum foil, leaving a small opening at the top, and bake for 20 minutes. Unwrap and cut individual slices.
