Booth Rental Information:

Many of our vendors return from year to year but we always welcome new vendors! Booth rentals vary by size and price, and according to location. For information about booth rentals or to receive an application, please contact us by email. We will be happy to send you all the info that you need.

We know that shopping is a sport & every sport requires fuel to keep going! That's why we have some wonderful food vendors providing you with all the yummy fuel you will need! 24 Catering (formerly Cupcakes 24) and Whitt's BBQ of Springfield are the food vendors who will be at The Sampler. 

Don't forget to stop by the Federation Booth on the first floor, in the hall between the stairs/ramp leading to the second level, to check out the delicious homemade treats made by our fabulous Federation members (& at good prices). Come Friday to get first dibs!! 

We will also be accepting credit card payments through PayPal for the Federation Booth & Silent Auction. There will be a small fee to use a credit card (3% of your purchase amount) so we can recover the fee charged to us by PayPal.

2018 Vendors!

Applications were emailed out in February 2018 and we are in the process of finalizing the vendor list. Vendor contracts are being sent out the beginning of May. If you're a new vendor wanting an application, please email us to get on the wait list.
