[** 5-20-12: Note continued .... The site administrators of catholic.com chose to close my account, since I am the moderator of the group that also resulted in the group being shut down. This happened after trying to post a new thread under "discuss world news", the post simply contained a link to the *latest report from Raymond Ibrahim as linked above as well as copied text of some of the incidents summarized in that report.  The intention was the same as the intentions of this group, to help inform Catholics about what is happening to Christians in the Middle East and other Muslim-dominated parts of the world.  In response to my small effort to do something to bring attention to the atrocities being suffered by our brothers and sisters in Christ, my account was closed.  Now when I try to log in I get this message :

Your account has been locked for the following reason:
Trolling/Spam/Agenda posting against another religion

This change will be lifted: Never

Granted, I was trying to post something quickly during a part of the day when I am pressed for time and was not able to craft my post better than I did, but how does simply reporting facts about recorded events count as "posting against another religion"?. And what is wrong with posting against another religion? Islam was condemned by many previous popes as a false and abominable religion. And Catholic.com is full of posts in which people speak critically about any and all religions. What on earth is the agenda of catholic.com that they should find offense with my simple informative post?    ~SRaphael]
