Weeknight Meatball and Pepper Skillet

Serves 4 - 6


1 package Farm Rich Grape & Chili Sauce Meatballs

1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced

1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced

Sesame seeds, for garnish

White rice

Place the Meatballs in large skillet over medium heat and stir in the sauce. Cover the pan and cook for 10 minutes. While the Meatballs are cooking, make the rice.

Add the peppers to the skillet and stir well to combine. Cover the pan and cook for an additional 15 minutes.

Remove the pan from the heat and sprinkle the Meatballs with sesame seeds. Place the cooked rice on plates and top with the Meatball and veggie mixture.
