Strawberry Oatmeal Breakfast Smoothie

Makes 2 - 8 oz. smoothies


Ingredients:

1 cup lowfat plain yogurt

1/2 cup rolled oats

1/4 cup milk 

1 banana, cut into chunks

1 cup frozen strawberries

1 tsp pure vanilla extract


In a blender, combine all of the ingredients and blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve.
