Easy No Knead White Bread

4-1/4 cups all purpose flour

1 packet Fleischmann's RapidRise Yeast

3 Tbsp sugar

1 1/2 tsp salt

1 cup water

1 cup milk

2 Tbsp butter

Combine 1 1/2 cups of flour, yeast, sugar and salt in the bowl of a stand mixer and stir until blended. Combine the water, milk and butter in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave on high in 15 second increments until very warm but not hot to the touch, between 120° to 130°F.  Add this to the flour mixture.

Turn the mixer on medium and beat well.  Gradually add in the remaining flour, scraping the bowl as necessary.  Beat on high speed for 2 minutes, again scraping the bowl as necessary.

Leave the dough in the bowl and cover with a towel; let the dough rest for 10 minutes. Stir the batter down with spoon, and beat vigorously for about 30 seconds. Pour the dough into a greased  9 x 5-inch loaf pan, cover with a towel and let rise in warm place until doubled in size, about 40 minutes.

Bake in a preheated 375 degree oven for 35 to 45 minutes or until golden brown.  Remove from pan and cool on wire rack.
