We are a group of UC Santa Cruz students with a passion for sustainability, and who are currently enrolled in Carson 161. Carson 161 is a class organized by the Education for Sustainable Living Program, and consists of Action Research Teams facilitated by undergraduate students enrolled within the organization. This Action Research Team is known as the Beauty Reform, and aims to explore and spread knowledge about the usage of sustainable cosmetics. This website aims to serve as a database to commit to green purchasing and a sustainable way of life, even in beauty or cosmetic practices.
