I have to be honest on something: This idea came from an argument on an internet chat with John Hollinger yesterday (scroll down to see the comments below the chat...I'm rokuma).
Kobe Bryant has been in the NBA for 14 seasons and has consistently been one of the best, if not the best, players in the league. His accomplishments are clear: 5 NBA Titles in 7 appearances, 2 time Finals MVP, 1 time NBA MVP, 14 time NBA All-Star, 9 time All-NBA First Team, 2 time All-NBA Second Team, 2 time All-NBA Third Team (1999, 2005), 9 time All-NBA Defensive First Team, 2 time All-NBA Defensive Second Team, and 4 time All-Star Game MVP. His accomplishments are that of legends and he will undoubtedly go down as one of the top 10 greatest players in NBA history. But two questions remain: How do you define Kobe Bryant and what is his place in history?
