Information and Policies

All seating is reserved. Tickets and seating are subject to availability.

AHSTS no longer accepts checks for tickets purchased at the door. Cash Only.

PURCHASING TICKETS

AHSTS offers discounted tickets only for purchases made online. Online sales end three hours before the performance. Patrons who purchased tickets online can bring the receipt with seat assignments right to the theater. No need to stop in at the Box Office.

Patrons can buy tickets at the door up to ½ hour before a performance start time. Due to high traffic in the lobby, we cannot arrange tickets to future performances. 

SEAT CHANGES

Due to high traffic in the lobby, we cannot arrange seat changes for patrons who purchased tickets online in the half hour before a performance is scheduled to begin.

TICKET EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS

Our policy is no exchanges or refunds. We make exceptions when the performance has been cancelled.

INCLEMENT WEATHER CANCELLATION POLICY

The safety of our patrons, casts, and staff is important to us. Performances are rarely canceled due to inclement weather. If we must cancel, patrons can exchange tickets for a remaining performance. Patrons can also exchange tickets for future productions. AHSTS does not offer refunds for canceled performances unless patrons purchased tickets online.

If we make the decision to cancel a performance, we will report the cancellation at ahsts.com.

CAUTIONS

We recommend our shows for children 12 years or older. Visit ahsts.com for specific cautions associated with a show. Check with the Box Office if you have questions about suitability. You also may email AHSTS at ahsdramaprogram@gmail.com.

LOCATION OF PERFORMANCE

AHSTS is at Ashland High School at 65 East Union Street, Ashland, MA, 01721.

PERFORMANCE START TIMES

All AHSTS shows start at 2 p.m. for matinees and 7 p.m. for evening shows. 

TICKET RETRIEVAL

If you purchased your tickets online but forgot to bring your receipt, the Box Office can retrieve your tickets. Please arrive up to ½ hour before a performance to retrieve your tickets.

LATE ARRIVAL

We make every effort to begin our performances on time. In consideration of our actors and audience, it is at the discretion of the management to seat latecomers. Management will not seat latecomers in their assigned seats until intermission.

REFRESHMENTS

Snacks and bottled water are available in the lobby before curtain and at intermission. Concessions are not permitted inside the theatre.

DURING THE SHOW

We ask as a courtesy to others that you leave the theater with your children if they are disturbing the performance.

To ensure your safety in case of fire or any other emergency, take a look at the exit route nearest your seat.

ELECTRONIC DEVICES, PHOTOGRAPHY AND RECORDING

Please remember to switch off all watches and cell phones during the performance.

AHSTS prohibits photography and sound or video recordings during the performance. Photographs of the show are available for free at ahsts.com after it closes.
