In recognition to the active involvement of TESDA Isabela in the implementation of the Enhance Comprehensive Local Integration Program (E-CLIP) as embodied in EO No. 70, 5th Infantry Division, Philippine Army awarded TESDA Isabela.

TESDA Isabela implemented Project From Arms to Farms and Skills Acquisition Grant to Indigenous People (SAGIP) together with the 5th ID.

Furthermore, the Isabela School of Arts and Trades has an on-going training in Carpentry NC II, Masonry NC II and SMAW NC II participated in by 25 soldiers.
