Distribution of Training Certificate, National Certificate,and Allowances

Forty-five (45) scholars of Provincial Training Center-Isabela received their Certificate of Training, National Certificate, and Allowances after completing their training in Shielded Metal Arc Welding NC I and Dressmaking NC II under the Training for Work Scholarship Program (TWSP) and Special Training for Employment Program (STEP).
