Project at a Glance:
Code is intended to be at a collaboration between Gabriel Isaacman-VanWertz (formerly of the Goldstein group at UC Berkeley, the Kroll group at MIT and now at Virginia Tech), Donna Sueper & Brian Lerner at Aerodyne Research Inc., Jessica Gilman and Ken Aikin with NOAA CSD, and perhaps others.
Code will be distributed without cost, and in alignment with GNU General Public License (GPLv3) principles. However, code will be available through a username and password protected system.
