I am an Associate Professor of Economics at the University of Hawaii at Manoa, Research Affiliate at the IZA Institute of Labor Economics, Research Fellow at UHERO, and Non-Resident Fellow at the Center for Global Development. Currently, I serve as an Associate Editor for Journal of Health Economics and Economic Development and Cultural Change. I received my Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Southern California and my undergraduate degree from Stanford University.
I work primarily on topics in development, health, and labor economics. My research page contains a list of my publications and working papers.
