The Tennessee Local Food Summit will be held Friday, December 2 through Sunday, December 4, 2011 at Lipscomb University Institute for Sustainable Practice in Nashville, Tennessee. The summit will bring together consumers, farmers, gardeners, chefs, students, businesses and everyone interested in learning more about local food.
The Summit is being organized by Jeff Poppen, the Barefoot Farmer, and other local sustainable farmers and hosted by Dodd Galbreath, Executive Director of the Institute for Sustainable Practice at Lipscomb University.
