Welcome! I am a Professor of Banking and Finance and hold the Goolsby-Virginia and Paul Dorman Endowed Chair at the University of Texas at Arlington. Additionally, I serve as a Research Affiliate and Consultant at the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas, and I am an Adjunct Professor at Johns Hopkins University. I previously served as a Principal Economist at the Federal Reserve Board in Washington, D.C. for over a decade.
