Welcome to the Technology Toolbox for Educators (TT4Ed) website!

This website is a collection of links to information and technologies to support student learning. Rather than showcase how technologies are used by teachers to present information the aim of this site is to showcase how teachers can guide students learning by encouraging them to use technologies as cognitive tools and in meaningful ways to: develop their knowledge and skills and to demonstrate their understanding of the concepts they are learning about by creating polished real-life products that are useful beyond the classroom.

I invite teachers to explore the information and technologies on this site, to reflect on how they may help you to achieve your pedagogical goals, and how students' could use them to assist their learning in your classrooms. You might also like to use this website as a self-directed learning resource to further your own professional development on a range of educational concepts, ideas and technologies.

I also encourage teachers to share their authentic (project-based, problem-based, inquiry-based, etc.) learning stories and/or examples with us. If you would like to contribute an example of real-life learning project please email me a copy of the URL for your project.
