Graduated from Calcutta University with Zoology Hons. She is a Ph.D. scholar of Management Department of MAKAUT, with research interest on Leader Member Exchange and Organization Citizenship Behaviour. Masters of Business Administration with Human Resource Management Specialization from WBUT currently known as MAKAUT. Currently working in the strength of Assistant Professor for last eleven years and experience in delivering quality lectures on management subjects, in techno India School of Management Studies. Interested in teaching, mentoring students opting Human Resource Specialization and guiding projects related to management subjects. Done consultancies for different Health care Organizations on Job Evaluation and Performance appraisal. Done Certification in Competency Based Skill Evaluation. She Certified in Statistical Data analysis with SPSS. She is convenor of Innovation Cell of TMSL and also convenor of the Newsletter published by TISOMS in name of “BIZ FOCUS” (already published 2 Volumes).
Being an industry experienced trainer on Organizational and Inter-personal skills, Jayeeta is strong motivator for the students in applying knowledge into real life problem solving, by outcome based and practical oriented pedagogy. Hhas a total experience of 14 years out of which her teaching experience is of 11 Years. And, was earlier associated with Procter and Gamble as CITI-HR Kolkata and Khadim India Limited as Executive Human Resource. Having quite a number of publications on different outcomes of her research in national conferences and national and international Journals, is dedicated to research She has participated in AICTE approved FDP organized by IIT Bombay 2017 and Faculty Development Program organized by NITTTR, Kolkata under Ministry of HRD in 2018 and also involved in Contemporary Issues in Finance & Accounting aimed at updating faculty members partnering with CIMA, organized by the TISOMS.
