Dr. Shamima Haque is heading Techno India School of Management Studies, Techno Main Salt Lake. She is a PhD from University of Calcutta & MBA in HR & OB from Kalyani University topping the merit list. She has several awards, sponsorships and accolades for academic excellence in graduation and post graduation. She has 18 years of experience, of which 16 years is in management education. With several book chapters, articles, cases and research papers to her credit, she has proved her expertise through knowledge sharing in several national and international conferences and publications in journals of repute. She has delivered invited lectures and conducted workshops in corporate and academia. She is Subject Matter Expert in psychometric assessment associated with Finishing School Program of Techno Main. She has authored a book on Psycho-social Problems of Dual-Career Women. She is a registered PhD Supervisor under Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology (erstwhile WBUT) with students working in diverse research areas like leadership, organizational culture, employee engagement and Green HRM.
