WOW!  During these two days, our team worked from 1:30 P.M. -> 9 P.M.!!!!  We spent a lot of time trying to get into Canvin and Chanda!  We eventually decided to skip Chanda, but we managed to program our way into Canvin!

Our robot consistently can perform all missions and attempt to get 4 water ice from Canvin within 2:07 minutes.  We're hoping to do well on the actual day of the competition!

Today we planned to perfect our robot's circuit through the Helium loops and the Canvin crater, and after a handful of successful runs we were satisfied with those first two programmed minutes and wanted to try Chanda. Though Chanda was a little out of the way, I figured if we had no robot stalls on the competition day that we could give the smaller crater a good attempt and return to base with seconds to spare. However, when we discovered our forklift design was too unwieldy in the close-quarters of this crater and that modifications to the current design would mean possible stalling on the regolith of Canvin, that we decided to play it safe. Currently we are aiming for 310 points and plenty of time to return to base.
