Hope you can make it!!! Bring your appetites, beverages, & instruments!!

Thursday 6-8pm TONIGHT -- the First GiSCA General Event of the Year!

Learn what Student Groups are doing in the Arts & Social Change!

I bet you thought that there could be nothing better than social
change through the arts. If so, your week is about to get really,
really exciting...

The Global Initiative for Social Change Through the Arts (GiSCA) and
Student Advocates for the Arts (SAA) have combined their powers to
form Captain Planet!!!

Kidding.  I just couldn't help myself.  =)  However, we are making
good use of the Russell Courtyard and its lovely new rain garden as

the venue for our welcome BBQ, especially for new students and anyone
curious about arts and social change.  The event is completely free,
so feel free to invite your friends out to enjoy the art festivities?

Impromptu jam session perhaps?
Getting in touch with your inner child with some side walk chalk?
Or, you could always just come for the food.

Details are as follows (see attached flier):
Where: Russell Courtyard Rain Garden @ Teachers College (by the

cafeteria/Whittier Hall)
Time: 6-8pm

Looking forward to seeing everyone TONIGHT!
