Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)


All computer classes are held on-site at your business location for your convenience.  We can use your conference room, lunch room, an empty office, or even your desk is fine too.

If you'd prefer, we can arrange a meeting room at another local location at cost.


Length of Classes

All classes are scheduled as 2-hour sessions.  Feel free to schedule multiple classes during a day as needed.


Class Dates

We generally schedule out a week or more in advance to allow for ordering your courseware.  We're available any day of the week, including weekends.

Class Times

Pick your preferred class times below:

8am to 10am

10:30am to 12:30pm

1pm to 3pm

3:30pm to 5:30pm

6pm to 8pm   

We like to book the 8am to 10am slot first, but are flexible.  If you need other class times, we can usually accommodate.

Number of Students


Software Version

We offer training in various software versions.  Microsoft classes are available in Microsoft Office 2016, 2013, 2010, 2007, 2003, 2000, and 97.

The Computer Help Button, LLC can bring an instructor laptop with a digital projector for lecture style learning.  We recommended that each student has a computer with the software installed for hands-on learning.  We could also use your company's computer lab if available.
