THANKS FOR AN AMAZING 2011
Throughout the Spring and Summer we were privileged to cater private Birthday parties for some of the Greatest Kids on Earth. The brightest Birthday Boy being an 80 year old soap opera veteran, on loan from the East Coast.
June was highlighted by doing our biggest menu ever for a pre-red carpet party forraved over our Americana inspired dishes which included Texas Tri-Tip, Creole Shrimp, Cajun Lamb Chops, Bananas Foster and Cafe Diablo for dessert.
FALL INTO TASTEE BQ
The Fall season 2011 was led by an invitation to present at the Los Angeles Garden Club in September at the Griffth Park Auditorium. Our presentation included recipe demonstrations as well as an informative slide show on Healthier Grilling.
More recently, we were brought back to the Paleo Age to provide a special menu for a kids' Flintstones Birthday Party. The menu included Chicken, Lamb and Steak Kebabs, as well as Coconut Orzo Salad.
Also, we had the privilege to provide Smoked Chicken, Grilled Veggie Pizzas and Grilled Caesar Salad for some of LA's hardest working medical staffs. Special holiday cookie and candy cane platters made things even more merry and bright.
