งานวิจัย การพัฒนาซอฟต์แวร์ รูปแบบการประเมินการใช้สารสนเทศจากแฟ้มร่องรอยผ่านเครือข่ายอินเทอร์เน็ต สำหรับมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏ บทคัดย่อ งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาและพัฒนารูปแบบการประเมินการใช้สารสนเทศจากแฟ้มร่องรอยผ่านเครือข่ายอินเทอร์เน็ต สำหรับมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏ 2) พัฒนาซอฟต์แวร์ และ 3) ประเมินประสิทธิภาพซอฟต์แวร์ กลุ่มตัวอย่างเลือกแบบเจาะจงแบ่งเป็น 2 กลุ่ม ได้แก่ 1) กลุ่มผู้บริหารสารสนเทศและผู้ดูแลระบบจากมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร 6 แห่ง จำนวน 12 คนและ 2) กลุ่มนักศึกษาที่มีการใช้อินเทอร์เน็ตจากแฟ้มร่องรอยของมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏธนบุรี จำนวน 513 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บข้อมูลและพัฒนาซอฟต์แวร์ ได้แก่ แบบสัมภาษณ์กึ่งโครงสร้าง แบบสอบถาม แฟ้มร่องรอย ผังระบบ แผนภาพกระแสข้อมูล และแผนภาพอีอาร์ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. จากการศึกษาและพัฒนารูปแบบการประเมินการใช้สารสนเทศจากแฟ้มร่องรอยผ่านเครือข่ายอินเทอร์เน็ตสำหรับมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏ ได้รูปแบบ SIKET Model 2. การพัฒนาซอฟต์แวร์ จะประกอบด้วย การติดตั้งซอฟต์แวร์ ระบบสารสนเทศ ดัชนีชี้วัดความสำเร็จ รวมถึงการประเมินสารสนเทศจากรูปแบบที่ได้พัฒนาขึ้น 3. การประเมินประสิทธิภาพของซอฟต์แวร์ ทดสอบในด้านความต้องการฟังก์ชั่น ด้านการทำงาน ด้านการใช้งานและด้านความปลอดภัย ผลเป็นที่ยอมรับ |

A Development of Information System on the Internet for Instruction Assessment of Dhonburi Rajabhat University Abstract The objectives of this research were to develop an online standard assessment form of teacher' instruction of Dhonburi Rajabhat University and to study the users' satisfaction with the online assessment system. The research samples composed of 3 computer experts, 286 executives and faculty members, including 390 students from 4 faculties. An assessment form was developed by analyzing the similarities and the differences of the 4 faculties assessment forms then the researcher chose the similar main points to develop the standard form which was divided to 3 parts; the students personal data, the list of teachers' teaching procedure including their personality, and the students comments or suggestions. The researcher used a questionnaire on the internet to observe the users' satisfaction with the online assessment system. Result showed that the 4 group of users were totally satisfied with the excution system and the displayed system at the highest level but the input system was at the high level.
