Q: What if I register but then find that I am unable to use my registration.  Can I get a refund or pass the registration to somebody else?

A:   Unfortunately, due to high administrative costs and the relatively small registration amount, we are unable to process refunds, however if you have a colleague/friend able to use your registration, by all means pass it on! and let us know.

Q:  What payment methods do you accept?

A:  You can pay by credit card, cheque, or money order. 

Q: Can I register to hold a place, and then pay later?

A: No a place cannot be held without payment

Q: Is there a discount for group registrations?

A: Unfortunately not...these events are run on a very minimal budget and it is not possible to offer any discounts or special offers.

Q: Can I register (and pay) on the day?

A: Due to space, registrations will be closed at 130 attendees. It is highly unlikely that there will be a place for anyone who comes without previous registration and payment.
