Like all Targeted Individual's, one needs to trace back t a point where they believed they became targeted.  In my case it is CLEAR. 

When you read the following you will begin to understand that my Targeting was initiated by rogues within State and Corporate America for the purpose of recruitment, training, and experimenting in Target Practice for Future Operations. 

What are the Operations?  TO LITERALLY SILENCE DISSENT.

Fortunately for me, SILENCE is NOT AN OPTION when the UNITED STATES CONSTITUTION is UNDER ATTACK by rogue corrupted, power and profit grabbing, control zealots within State and Corporate America, who have DECLARED an ALL OUT WAR on the CONSTITUTION, which means they have DECLARED WAR on THEIR OWN PEOPLE.  These same State and Corporate sponsored Terrorist's have been systematically seeking to dismantle every aspect of the PEOPLE'S FREEDOMS, whereby their Rights and Liberties are being usurped in the name of National and Domestic Homeland Security.

I will not compromise those fundamental and basic Freedoms guaranteed to all EQUALLY, written on that Document called the: United States Constitution because I have not forgotten all those who sacrificed their lives in order to ensure I as an American have been allowed, until NOW ...those freedoms, rights, and liberties. 

Nor will I keep SILENT when such Blatant Disregard to my fundamental Rights and Liberties are being INFRINGED UPON, DENIED, and/or DEPRIVED. 


WHEN I BECAME A TARGETED INDIVIDUAL

Years Targeted: 5 Plus in an Overt manner – total approximately 8 plus years.

2003 – 2005

Worked with a Grassroots organization in 2002/2005 Los Angeles, CA

Neighbors for Peace and Justice

1.    Organization successfully lobbied the Los Angeles City Council (2nd largest city in the nation) in passing and Anti-War resolution in February 2003, one month prior to the War in Iraq started.  Organization believed money could be better spent on Education, Health-care, Public Services, and other programs that assisted in the betterment of their communities.

2.    Was the logistic and security organizer with same grassroots organization to sponsor an Anti-War Rally in Hollywood, CA on the same day as Oscars in March, 2003– which ended up being held only three days after the WAR on Iraq began.   I worked directly with the Los Angeles Police Department, Hollywood Division Captains; in order to secure a location, work with them on other security issues, and obtain permission for a location, along with permits. (I was interviewed on television and radio)

3.    Sat on the Steering Committee with a coalition of Non Government and Grassroots Organizations to pass another Los Angeles, CA City Council Resolution in opposition to various provisions in the USA PARTIOT Act that violated fundament rights and liberties to include privacy, racial profiling, sneak and peeks, and warrantless wiretapping – Resolution passed: January, 2004 - (did a local PBS interview on segment explaining why the Civil Liberties Defense Coalition was forming to lobby the Los Angeles, CA City Council to oppose those measures that violated basic rights and liberties)

4.     During this same time frame I found out about the Disappearance of Arab, Muslim and South Asian Males, under the National Security Entry Exit Registrations (NSEER), whereby various legal residents of the following nations of origin and/or religious beliefs were required under immigration to re-register.  These individuals all male aged 18 and over, would show up with all legal documents, e.g. work visas, green cards, and some actual American Citizenship – and disappear in the system.  Their families had no idea what had happened to them, their lawyers were not provided with any information, and when some were finally found, they had been moved to different Immigration Detention Facilities up to five or more times across the country, in what appeared to be so they could not be found. 

All of these men were law abiding, hard working, legal immigrants, some of whom had become American Citizens. 

Generally they were refugees, or immigrants who fled years earlier from persecution of the Hussein and Bin Ladden regimes. 

In addition to this, there were stories about men of Arab and Muslim decent who sustained injury due to hate crimes, who had since gained their American citizenship, but targeted for no other reason then their country of origin, and/or religious beliefs, held at airports, border crossings, or rounded up by FBI and SWAT, held for days without due process, questions being answered, then released, but not done once, but twice by the same agencies, in the same way.

I heard the stories of their American born children, spouses, other family members and community leaders, along with their pleas to have the stories told.  I decided at that point to register an outline of said documentary with the Writer’s Guild of America, in late 2004, in order to expose this racial, ethnic, and religious intolerance and hate against an entire group of people, that had nothing to do with 9/11. 5.    Sony Pictures Entertainment, Senior Production Accountant for Television Production Accounting:

a.      Filed a harassment claim against my supervisor,

b.    Another complaint against an employee’ who threw a large Galileo thermometer object against his desk, which shattered all over the place, along with throwing boxes because he believed I had played a trick on him, which I did not, and actually told the person who did do it, not to because I knew this person would get mad. 

Sony’s way of dealing with it was to bring in these State and Corporate Sponsored TERRORIST HIT SQUAD Assassin’s to TERRORIZE me out of my job, via workplace mobbing.

The Workplace Mobbing, I experienced, as a Senior Production Accountant for Television Production Accounting at Sony Pictures Entertainment:

In my case it appears that Sony was approached or Sony contacted this Terrorist Team who already had me under surveillance, via their Human Resources Department, who then Set Up shop in the workplace to GUIDE Management, and Peers on what to do in the workplace so as to Terrorize and Intimidate me via Workplace Mobbing Psychological Terror Techniques. 

In order for this to transpire in the workplace, Senior Management had to give their approval to allow this Terrorist Hit Squad to enter the workplace and begin deploying Psychological Terror Activities against their TARGET.

The most noticeable within the Psychological Terror Tactics used in the workplace against me by SONY Management and Peers, via the orchestration, deployment, and execution of operations by these Professional State and Corporate Sponsored Terrorist's is something called: KEYWORDS, later another use were to have the recruited wear same colors, or like colored vehicles (conditioning for the Terrified, Blindsided Targeted Individual) - whereby a series of keywords that are PERSONAL and/or PRIVATE to you, will be used by known and unknown people in passing, within hearing, or in the case of Workplace Mobbing at Sony Pictures Entertainment, it was used to LET ME KNOW IN AN OVERT MANNER - I WAS TARGETED.  

MY STORY:

In the office there was a woman out on maternity leave, who had an office.  She was extending her maternity leave/disability leave, due to a back problem that ensued after the birth of her child. 

A peer walked up to me, and let me know about this latest drama and how it unfolded.  Within the context of this peers conversation to me she said - The Senior VP/Controller went into the office and found a RED SHOEBOX, with all this woman's financial information, bank statements, pay stubs and a series of other private financial information, to include the bonus' she had received from Sony, from which that person stated, I can't believe this person got so much, I only got a couple hundred dollars.   

As this peer was relaying the story to me -  I WAS MADE FULLY AWARE, because the RED SHOEBOX was not in this woman's office, it was in the CLOSET of my HOME, and EVERY DESCRIPTION this PEER RELAYED in terms of the CONTENTS WITHIN via her use of KEYWORDS - was EXACTLY what resided in the RED SHOEBOX hidden amongst other shoe boxes in the closet of MY HOME.

THUS WHAT ENSUES - Is SHEER AND ABSOLUTE TERROR and INTIMIDATION - at KNOWING someone entered the privacy of your home, without warrant, without due process, and most of all without your consent - ILLEGALLY and Thoroughly searched and then seized papers and other items in your home, set up audio and video surveillance, to include cyber and telecommunications. - and then TURNED around and used any information illegally begotten to exploit, demonize, and/or profit from  - in the case of my workplace mobbing, it was used to psychologically terrorize me out of my job.  Therefore, these State and Corporate Sponsored Terrorist use it was a Weapon of MASS HUMAN DESTRUCTION.  

At one point, this HIT SQUAD, was having other peers and management deploy such insidious, humiliating and degrading tactics that left me intimidated, terrorized, and scrambling that one of the younger Peers, literally broke down in tears, and had to be consoled by another, who said, "Now you see how sick she is." 

But, I was not SICK - I was completely terrorized and intimidated because I realized I was being Targeted in the workplace, and that the KEYWORD information being used by these peers and management, who had no way of knowing private information from within the privacy of my home, other than if a TEAM of PROFESSIONAL TERRORIST'S were GUIDING THEM on what to say and what to do, as such, it was a Psychological Weapon of Terror from which Sony knew they could fire against me, in order to make me look bad. 

Today -  I have since learned these are PROFESSIONAL PSYCHOLOGICAL TERROR TACTICS, generally used by Military and other Defense and National Intelligence Agencies, and/or Private Security Firms working for them, who are experts in Psychological Manipulation and Operations along with Military Deception, but who were deploying and executing such operations, on American Soil, within a Private Corporation, in the Workplace, and that Senior Management at Sony Pictures Entertainment were using these professional tactics to discredit me in the workplace -

The only thing wrong with me, was the FACT that a MULIT-NATIONAL Corporation in Media and Electronics, would hire and then bring into the workplace a professional team of State Sponsored Terrorist Assassin's to execute professional psychological tactics against an unarmed, defenseless, employee of their corporation,  in the workplace, against someone they wanted to RETALIATE AGAINST.

These are the type of literal Terrorist, and Psychological TACTICS, used by this State and Corporate Sponsored Terrorist Organization to give SONY AN OUT - by DISCREDITING me in the workplace, setting me up to look mental, and make me look incompetent, but who fully understood the Psychological Tactics being used to TERRORIZE and INTIMIDATE me out of my JOB. 

Here are some other examples of what I sustained.  It would also appear that once Sony made the decision that they were going to RID me through Workplace Terror and Mobbing, I was essentially simply showing up to work, without being allowed to actually do my job.  Meaning, they had ostensibly stopped me from doing my work, and were simply there to have fun, and terrorize me until I would leave.  Basically, they had Fired Me - and allowed me to show up to work, trying to do my job, but in fact - they had stripped me of all my duties. 

1. Workstation Electronically Rigged:  Continued Cyber issues, being locked out of programs, password being deleted, then reset, only after I was forced to call the IT Department to reset the password.  Shortly after Reset, it would be done again.  Same with Financial Programs, continued blocking in order to stop me from doing my job.  Basically, I was not allowed to do my job, once the Team that Sony brought into the workplace, began guiding the Executive Management, and the peers I worked with.  These Teams wanted to give others within the workplace that I was incompetent, and unable to do my job. 

2. Files would be removed from your desk, or put in other locations - at first you will blame yourself, so you place it back in the correct alpha spot, you go back to that file the next day, and once again it has been removed, or moved.  This is done on a continual basis, and not just one file but several. 

3.You are called into a  Meeting, asked to bring in a specific file, it is not in it's place, so you go to the meeting without the file, and you notice that very file not quite hidden, but recognizable to you in his/her office.  When asked where the file is?  You say you cannot find it.  Which makes you look incompetent.  What you realize at that point, your executive management  is also mobbing you in the workplace.

3. Interruptions every few minutes so as to, make you lose concentration, or stop you from completing tasks

4. Will start using Keywords only known to you within the context of their conversations.

5. Peers or Management will also do the same, always speaking or gathering within hearing, and using various Keywords, so as to direct the conversation knowing you are forced to hear it. 

6. Not just peers if you work in an Office Building with other Companies, and you have established relationships while outside on break, or eating lunch - these individual's will also be recruited by the Terrorist Organization, given fabricated lies, shown carefully edited information, or told something negative about the target.  You will see these people also begin to treat you in a hostile manner. 

What this shows is that not just within the Workplace, but also some known individuals, or even strangers in the Entire High Rise, that also tend to be around when you are will in fact be recruited, or talked to - and you will notice all these changes. 

WHATEVER PSYCHOLOGICAL TERROR OR MANIPULATION TECHNIQUES CAN BE USED IN ORDER TO LITERALLY TERRORIZE YOU OUT OF YOUR JOB IS DEPLOYED, BUT IT COULD NOT HAVE BEEN DONE WITHOUT THIS TERRORIST TEAM WHO HAD ALREADY BEEN STALKING MY LIFE AND PROFILING ME FOR YEARS PRIOR. 

What did I find out after I fled in sheer TERROR from my job.

One year after the fact, I received a call - and this is what I found out...

That it was never me, that those Peers began to realize, very shortly after I FLED IN TERROR that  I was not the PROBLEM in the Workplace like they were led to believe, but the entire division at the management levels were the dysfunctional ones 

Most of the Peers that I worked directly with, or had a semi-close relationship with, shortly after I FLED in SHEER TERROR, also began leaving the company as well, or were actively looking to get out of that Division. 

Basically, once they woke from the psychological manipulation, and realized what they were asked to do to someone who did nothing to them.... started to flee from the hostile work environment.

In addition, I found out that within a short amount of  time, Sony hired THREE PEOPLE to do the JOB that I was covering on my own.  A Senior Production Accounting for The VP of Production Accounting, the Executive Director of Production Accounting, and for the TV Production Finance.  I am sure they will say because they have more development projects, are filming more pilots, or producing more shows, but it did not seem to matter when they started dumping more and more on my plate, that they knew I would not be able to handle, but then again, if they have three people doing what I used to do by myself, they knew exactly what they were doing when they SET ME UP to look incompetent.


WHAT THIS DOMESTIC TERRORISM - DOMESTIC TERRORIST ACTIVITIES HAS COST ME
1. I was on a CAREER TRACK in the ENTERTAINMENT INDUSTRY, as a PRODUCTION ACCOUNTANT, with the GOAL of working from Television Show or Feature Film, as opposed to working in a Corporate Office Structure.  I had worked since, November, 2001 from Clerical positions to the point of Senior Production Accountant in 2006
