Example of interaction of light with a glass, generating new colors
Welcome to the Biophotonic Imaging Laboratory, housed in the campus of Delaware State University, and part of the Optical Science Center for Applied Research (OSCAR).
The focus of our research group is the development of novel instrumentation using the numerous properties of light.
More particularly, our goal is to create the next generation of optical imaging tools for biological research, working closely with biological researchers to go beyond the "proof-of-principle" demonstration, and have a real impact on biological and biomedical research for the benefit of society.
