This site is desgined to guide teachers, media specialists, parents, and even students through exciting activities that integrate Language Arts Skills as well as Technology and Information Literacy, and even a little bit of Science as well. The activities developed for this site are based on the books by Kate DiCamillo starring her lovable pig,  Mercy Watson.

The activities on these pages can be used all together as a complete unit featuring Mercy Watson, or bits and pieces of activities can be used independently. The order of the activities is also flexible. Although the activities are desgined to be done in the order they are presented on these pages, they can easily be rearranged.  In addition, there is room for overlap.
