Pineapple Chai Smoothie











anti-inflammatory, gluten-free, vegan
Ingredients
1 frozen banana, sliced
1 cup fresh pineapple, chopped
1/2 inch fresh ginger, grated or 1/4 tspĀ ginger powder
1 tsp grated turmeric root or 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tspĀ lime zest
Juice of 1/2 lime
1 tbsp coconut manna
1 scoop vanilla protein powder ( I use Nuzest)
1/2 cup chai tea concentrate (I use Rishi)
1/2 cup milk of your choice ( I use Ripple)

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Adjust liquids to desired consistency. Enjoy!
