Take Your Pills built the Take Your Pills app as an ad-supported app. This SERVICE is provided by Take Your Pills at no cost and is intended for use as is.

If you choose to use our Service, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation with this policy. We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in case of an error in the app we collect data and information (through third party products) on your phone called Log Data. Cookies are files with small amount of data that is commonly used an anonymous unique identifier. These are sent to your browser from the website that you visit and are stored on your devices’s internal memory.

We collect anonymized usage data with analytics tools to improve Take Your Pills App. This data does not contain health data and cannot be attributed to your person at any time.

On behalf of Take Your Pills, Google collects app usage data, e.g. time and duration of app use, and uses this information to analyze and compile reports on how our app is used. PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING OUR MOBILE DEVICE SERVICE AND RELATED WEBSITE.

Take Your Pills (“we” or “us”), provides you with the Take Your Pill mobile device Service (the “App”) and related website (including the mobile-optimized versions of such website, the “Site”) under these Terms and Conditions (this “Agreement”). The App and the Site are referred to together as the “Service.” As used in these Terms and Conditions, ‘you’ or ‘users’ refers to individuals using the Service. By using the Service, you unconditionally agree to follow and be bound by this Agreement and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to be bound by and comply with all of the terms of this Agreement, you may not use our Service.

INTENDED USERS

The Service is available only to users who are at least 18 years old. Under no circumstances should the Service be used by children under 16 years of age, and we will not knowingly collect personal information from any person we know to be in this age group. As a result, you may be charged by your mobile provider for the cost of data for the duration of the connection while accessing the app, or other third party charges. In using the app, you’re accepting responsibility for any such charges, including roaming data charges if you use the app outside of your home territory (i.e. region or country) without turning off data roaming. If you are not the bill payer for the device on which you’re using the app, please be aware that we assume that you have received permission from the bill payer for using the app.

TECHNOLOGY; SUPPORT

We do not warrant or guarantee that the Service will function with your mobile or computing device or be compatible with the hardware or software on any particular devices. Multiple factors, may affect alert or notification delivery or otherwise interfere with the operation of the Service.

Without limiting the foregoing, we, our licensors, and our suppliers make no representations or warranties about (1) the availability, accuracy, reliability, completeness, quality, performance, suitability or timeliness of the Service, Content, including software, text, graphics, links, or communications provided on or through the use of the Service; or (2) the satisfaction of any government regulations requiring disclosure of information on prescription drug products or the approval or compliance of any software tools with regard to the Service.

We have no obligation to provide technical support or maintenance for the Service.

We are committed to ensuring that the app is as useful and efficient as possible. For that reason, we reserve the right to make changes to the app or to charge for its services, at any time and for any reason. We will never charge you for the app or its services without making it very clear to you exactly what you’re paying for.

At some point, we may wish to update the app. The app is currently available on Android the requirement for the system (and for any additional systems we decide to extend the availability of the app to) may change, and you’ll need to download the updates if you want to keep using the app. Take Your Pills does not promise that it will always update the app so that it is relevant to you and/or works with the Android version that you have installed on your device. However, you promise to always accept updates to the application when offered to you, We may also wish to stop providing the app, and may terminate use of it at any time without giving notice of termination to you. Unless we tell you otherwise, upon any termination, (a) the rights and licenses granted to you in these terms will end; (b) you must stop using the app, and (if needed) delete it from your device.

USER’S RESPONSIBILITIES

If you submit any information to us through or related to the Service or send us any business information, feedback, idea, concept or invention to us by e-mail, you shall ensure that such information is not confidential and that you have all necessary permission to submit or otherwise make available such information.

You further agree that:

  • you will not attempt to extract the source code of the app, and you will not try to translate the app into other languages, or make derivative versions

  • you will not use the Service for any purpose in violation of local, state, national or international laws;

OWNERSHIP

You’re not allowed to copy, or modify the app, any part of the app, or our trademarks in any way. You’re not allowed to attempt to extract the source code of the app, and you also shouldn’t try to translate the app into other languages, or make derivative versions. The app itself, and all the trade marks, copyright, database rights and other intellectual property rights related to it, still belong to Take Your Pills.
