Almond Flour Blueberry Muffins

2 cups almond flour (or meal)

¼ cup of ground flax seed

1 tsp baking powder

dash salt

pinch cinnamon if desired

1 banana

2 eggs

½  cup agave nectar

½ coconut milk

¼ cup coconut oil (or butter)

1 tsp vanilla

1 cup chocolate chips or blueberries


Mix dry ingredients in bowl.  Mix wet ingredients in blender and add to dry

Put muffin papers in muffin tin or grease muffin tin

Bake at 325 degrees for 20 mins or until done.
