Objectives and key results

Each member should submit a report of OKR, in which, you should record 
         (1) what you've done in last week (key and results), and give a satisfaction point on them, compared with your expectation description written in last week, and say why.
         (2) what you will do in next week (objective), give a expectation description, and mark the objective with a priority ranged from (p1, p2, p3, p4, p5), where p1 has highest priority.
