Tai Chi Easy - Rochester, NY

New York

New York Times personal health writer Jane Brody: "After reviewing existing scientific evidence for its potential health benefits, I've concluded that the proper question to ask yourself may not be why you should practice tai chi, but why not."

Welcome! This site is meant for sharing information about Tai Chi Easy and how you can join in the practice. I hope you find everything you need here to start you on your way to enjoying a relaxing and invigorating practice.  I've included sections for events and schedules, as well as links to other practices you might be interested in around the Rochester area.  Please feel free to contact me with questions and suggestions!

Please take a look at the recent studies that show the numerous benefits of this type of practice.  I've updated the Benefits of Practice section - Lots of interesting new studies in the news for your investigation and inspiration!
