Sources of Revenue

TACAP is a non-profit entity with a 501-C3 tax status.  The annual budget for TACAP is approximately $20000.  Funding is derived from four different sources, United Way of Southeastern Connecticut, charitable foundations, private donations, and in-kind support.

TACAP wishes to express gratitude for the generous support offered by the various sources of funding for this important community service.


Expenses

TACAP expenses include the recruitment and training of volunteer advocates, matching advocates with protégés, providing guidance and direction to advocates, interacting with facilities and agencies, and providing material support to protégés as needed.
