The Archives of Res Publica Romana
The Archives of Res Publica Romana contain all laws and regulations of RPR. They are arranged according to the authority into ten categories.
The founding charter of RPR is the highest authority of Res Publica Romana.
Constitutional laws are the second highest authority and highest level of Internal rules.
Leges (laws) are the third highest authority and second highest level of Internal rules.
The edicts of lawfully elected interrex are the fourth highest authority.
Edicta curulis communis
The common edicts of curulic magistrates, issued by Consilium curulis (board of directors) are the fifth highest authority.
The censorial edicts are the sixth highest authority. The censorial edicts however have no authority outside the censorial purview.
Senate advices are the seventh highest authority. The senatus consulta however have authority only within the matters delegated to the Senate by Consilium curulis.
The eigth highest authoriy are the edicts issued by the consuls.
The ninth highest authority are the edicts issued by the praetors.
After these follow the edicts of lower the magistrates.
