Falloff in Retail Note availability

Prompted by a comment on LendAcademy's forums (Speed of Funding - thanks MikeDev10) I worked up the number of retail loans per day and annually available for funding in the primary market.  I was surprised at the falloff, but at the same time, not surprised given the pull from the institutional whole loan markets.
