K2C Volunteers Wanted!

posted Mar 14, 2017, 4:21 PM by Madelyn Newcomb

What: K2C
When: Throughout March and April

Where: On campus

Contact: Randi Clayton (crandi95@vt.edu)

K2C will bring a total of 1000 5th graders to VT during March and April. They can't do this without your help! Volunteers serve as ambassadors for VT and lead a small group of students through the itinerary (which includes hands-on activities, lunch, going to Cassell, meeting athletes). This is a great opportunity to reach out to 5th graders and show them how amazing VT is! You can volunteer as many days/times as you'd like, even for the full day if you can.

There are 6 dates to volunteer: 3/17, 3/20, 3/24, 3/31, 4/7, and 4/10.
There are three shifts each day: 8:30am-10am, 10:10am-12pm (you'll get FREE lunch at D2 for this shift!) and 12:30pm-2pm.
There is also MANDATORY training, so fill out the survey.
