PICO DE GALLO

Ingredients
About 1½ cup (12 oz)

2     cups chopped tomato, about 5-6 medium tomatoes
¼   red onion, chopped
1     jalapeño, chopped and seeded
¼   cup (12 g) chopped cilantro
2     garlic cloves, finely chopped
       Juice of a medium lime
        Salt and pepper to taste


Directions

1. Mix all ingredients in a medium bowl. Cover and refrigerate at least 3 hours before serving.
