4-6 servings
  • 6 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 6-8 garlic cloves, finely minced
  • ½-1 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1½ lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice or white wine
  • ¼ cup (4 oz) Italian parsley, chopped


1. Melt butter with the oil in a large pan over medium heat.

2. Add the garlic and pepper flakes and cook for about one minute.

3. Add the clean shrimp and cook for about 3 minutes or until they're pink.

4. Right before the shrimp is ready season with salt and pepper and add the lemon juice.

5. Remove from the heat and add the chopped parsley. Serve immediately.
