COLOMBIAN STYLE FRUIT SALAD

Ingredients
2 medium sized fruit salads
  • 2 cups (16 oz) chopped fruit, any kind (I used strawberries, kiwis, mango, papaya, pineapple and green apple)
  • Heavy cream to taste (I use about ¼ cup or 4 oz per serving)
  • 4-6 tbsp shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Whipped cream
  • Vanilla ice cream

Directions

1. Mix the chopped fruit in a medium sized bowl.

2. To serve, place 3/4 - 1 cup of chopped fruit in a small bowl. Add the heavy cream and mix well. Sprinkle with half the amount of mozzarella cheese. Decorate with as much whipped cream as you want and place 1-2 scoops of ice cream on top. If you want, you can also add a little bit of sweetened condensed milk on top.
