COLOMBIAN GREEN HOT SAUCE

Ingredients
3/4 cup

2      jalapeños, seeded and finely chopped
½   cup cilantro, finely chopped
2     green onions (white part only), finely chopped
1      lime, juiced
2      tbsp white vinegar
        Salt to taste
        Water to taste 

Directions

1. In a small bowl add the jalapeños, cilantro and green onion.

2. Add the lime juice, white vinegar and salt, mix well. Then add the water little by little until you get the consistency you want.

3. Refrigerate for at least one hour before serving. Store in the refrigerator for up to one week.
