COCONUT POPSICLES WITH GUAVA PASTE

Ingredients
About 10 popsicles
  • 1 can (13.66 oz) coconut milk 
  • 1 cup (8 oz/240 ml) half and half or whole milk 
  • ½ cup (100 g) granulated sugar (Or to taste) 
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract or coconut extract 
  • ½ cup (3 oz/100 g) guava paste diced (Or more if you prefer) 

Directions

1. In a blender, blend the coconut milk, half and half, granulated sugar and vanilla extract. Set aside.

2. Add pieces of guava paste into popsicle molds (I add about 5-6) and then pour in the coconut milk mixture. Freeze for at least 4 hours or until they're completely solid.
