Sweet Rice Mung Bean (XÔI VÒ)
2 1/2 cups uncooked sweet rice soaked for 6 hours or longer in water
1 cup uncooked mung bean soaked for 6 hours or longer
1/4 cup Coconut milk
3 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon kosher salt
Add 1/2 teaspoon salt to mung bean then steam cooked
Add 1/2 teaspoon salt to mung bean paste and sweet rice mixture to steam cooked.
Makes 6 Servings
