Sweet Potato Ravioli

Serves 8 Large Servings
6 Med. Sweet Potatoes (Please, Yams sounds like a term only used by old people. Just call them sweet potatoes).
1/2 Tsp. Cinnamon
1/4 Tsp. Nutmeg
1/4 Stick of Butter
2 12 Oz. Packages of Square 3 In. Wonton Wraps
Lots of Olive Oil
1. Bake your sweet potatoes until they are soft and mushy
2. Combine the Sweet Potatoes (Mashed), Cinnamon, Nutmeg, and Butter
3. Place 2 Wrappers on a flat work surface with 2 Tbsp. of filling per ravioli. Follow instructions on package for closure.
4. Grease a large baking sheet and place ravioli down in one layer. Brush tops with lots and lots of olive oil.
5. Bake until crispy... Deliciously so... And repeat until all are done!
6. Enjoy the yummy goodness that is this recipe. Serve with whatever the heck you want.
