Paleo Coffee Cake

1/2cup unsweetened coconut milk in the can
2 eggs
1/4cup raw local honey
1tsp vanilla
2cups almond flour
1/2cup arrowroot powder
1/2tsp baking soda
1/2tsp salt
2Tbsp cinnamon
1/4cup coconut oil (or ghee)
3Tbsp honey
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
In a large mixing bowl, add the dry cake ingredients and mix thoroughly then add the wet and mix. Add to greased 8x8 pan, or make it into bread and add to a loaf pan. Add the swirl mixture to the top and bake 25-30 minutes or until it's golden brown.
