Warm Spiced Orange Tea

2 ½ quarts

8 cups water

1 whole cinnamon sticks

1 tsp whole cloves

1 tsp ground cardamom

2 Family sized tea bags

1 cup fresh orange juice

¾ cups sugar

½ cup fresh lemon juice

2 T honey

1.        In a Dutch Oven, combine water, cinnamon sticks, cloves, and cardamom. Bring to boil, and add tea bags; reduce heat to low, and simmer for 5 minutes.

2.       Remove tea bags, add orange juice, sugar, lemon juice, and honey; simmer for 15 minutes.

3.       Remove spices and serve hot.
