Turkey Salad Puffs

Taste of Home summer appetizers 2011


1 ½ cups cubed cooked turkey breast

½ cup chopped peeled mango

¼ cup quartered red seedless grapes

¼ cup pine nuts, toasted

2 T chopped celery

5 T mayo

1 tsp lemon juice

½ tsp lemon pepper seasoning

¼ tsp garlic powder

4 cream puff shells or croissants

Combine first 5 ingredients in a large bowl

In small bowl, combine mayo, lemon juice, lemon pepper and garlic powder. Pour over turkey mixture and gently toss to coat.

Refrigerate until serving.
