Strawberry Dip + Fruit Kabobs

Strawberry Dip

1 package (3 oz) cream cheese softened

1/3 cup chopped fresh strawberries

1 T strawberry jam

2 tsp honey

½ tsp lemon juice

½ tsp grated lemon peel

In bowl, beat cream cheese, chopped strawberries, jam, honey, lemon juice and peel until combined. Refrigerate until serving.

(This is great with fruit kabobs using cut strawberries, cubed mozzarella and cantaloupe balls)
