Strawberry Champagne Chiller

3 cups frozen strawberries
2 cups whole milk
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1/2 cup sour cream
2/3 cups sugar
1 bottle chilled champagne or ginger ale

Place first 5 ingredients in blender and process until smooth. - Add additional sugar to desired sweetness

Pour mixture to air tight container and 4 hours to overnight

Ladle strawberry mix into cups and add 1/4 cup of champagne or ginger ale to each, stir and serve.
